April 7- Adult Bible Study
Our next education class, “Embarking on a Journey of Transformation,” begins Sunday, April 7th. This should be a very interesting, important, and timely class in view of our mission statement, “Serving Jesus and Transforming Lives through Faith.” So, a journey of transformation is what our mission and vision call for. In this class, we’ll explore the journey of transformation from a Lutheran perspective. Please join us at 9:35 am Sundays in the Fellowship Hall.

June 6-8 - SynodFest
SynodFest 2013 This year's theme: Global Mission & Partnership This year's Bible verse: Acts 1:8 "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” What is SynodFest? It's a synod festival for all members of Southern Ohio Synod Congregations. A time to come together as one body to celebrate, worship, learn, share, serve and take care of synod business. SynodFest 2013 will be held in the Springfield area and offer families, couples, singles, young, and young-at-heart opportunity to meet, share and grow with others in our synod while learning, worshiping and celebrating side-by-side at a variety of events offered over several days. SynodFest 2013 will begin on June 6 with the Rostered Leaders Event at the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Springfield. Assembly will be held June 7 & 8 as part of SynodFest.
